Belonging to the Matton-Farnet family for 80 years, Château Minuty is a family run wine estate located in southern France’s Provence region. It is one of the foremost winemakers in the Côtes de Provence region, producing high quality rosé wines.

Pale pink with crystal reflections in colour, Château Minuty 281 Vintage 2021 is very intense with a beautiful complexity on the nose. Fineness of white fruit aromas (peach, melon...) highlighted by iodine notes on palate. Great depth with a mineral structure!
