Cape Mentelle's Cabernet Merlot is a signature wine which displays the unique vibrancy & fruit purity of Margaret River. Cabernet Merlot is a modern legend. It is a well balanced, rounded & generous wine.
A well balanced,rounded and generous wine which nose is characterized by perfumed violets, and black currant, plum skin, dutch cocao and rosemary. The palate is medium to full bodied with sweet ripe fruits of mulberry, plums & currants.
