Exchange and Refund – LVMH Staff Purchase

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods failed to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • You may return items, at your cost, for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt by contacting our Customer Service Department. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders after delivery

  • If the product(s) to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative product(s)

  • Any gift with purchase or promotional give-away that was issued in original purchase shall be returned together with the returned / exchanged item in an unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging.

  • Price of our products maybe adjusted at any point of time. The price adjustment cannot be the base of any claim for loss. 

  • To complete your return, please send an email to staffsales@mhdhk.com with the original receipt, Subject: Return Request – LVMH Staff Purchase

  • If original receipt cannot be provided, Moet Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to decline such exchange or refund request

  • In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card account (takes about 4-6 weeks). You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a reasonable period of time.

  • Moet Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in case of any dispute. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Personal Data Privacy Policy, these Exchange/Return/Refund policies shall prevail.
