The heavenly taste of Ron Zacapa, the rum that is matured 2,300 meters above sea level in “The House Above The Clouds," is created by the fertile volcanic soil and weather of Guatemala. Made by distilling virgin sugar cane honey made from the first-press concentrated sugar cane juice, Zacapa goes on a momentous journey to the Guatemalan highlands where the rum is gradually matured in using the solera system.
